A little about our wonderful instructors:
Jen Morrison is a 200-hour Certified Yoga Instructor, who works primarily with the Adult Population to teach Gentle Chair Yoga. She believes that Yoga is one way to help strengthen and heal the mind and the body through movement and breath.
Jen has taught Chair Yoga at the Vermont Veteran’s Home in Bennington, VT, as well as the Rudy Ciccotti Family Recreation Center in Albany, NY. Additionally, during this time, Jen has taught yoga virtually through Zoom & Facetime.
Jen holds a Masters of Science Degree in Physical Therapy from the University of Massachusetts at Lowell. She has been a Physical Therapist since 1995 and a Yoga Instructor since 2017.

Jacky is well known throughout the kidney community for her volunteer endeavors, first as a participant and super star fundraiser in our Catwalk for Kidneys event. She is also the owner of Stress Fracture, LLC, the area’s first and only mobile stress relief room. She has brought Stress Fracture to kidney patients and now wants to utilize an additional talent to help the patient community!  A long time Zumba instructor, Jacky has taught at multiple venues throughout the region and is now bringing Chair Zumba to the Northeast Kidney Foundation family.
